PGDx elio plasma focus Dx, a liquid biopsy next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay, detects 33 genes including difficult to detect structural variants with high sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and reproducibility. These findings highlight the assay’s reliability in detecting clinically relevant structural variants with strong concordance with orthogonal methods.
